Phase 1: In-Depth Surface Assessment & Consultation
Owners Branden Poma or Chris Haase will conduct a thorough on-site inspection of your property. We identify issues like wood rot, failing caulk, mildew, and previous paint failure. We then provide a detailed, transparent proposal and expert color advice tailored to your home’s architecture and neighborhood.

Phase 2: Meticulous Michigan-Specific Preparation
This is the most critical phase. A paint job is only as good as the surface it’s applied to.

• Power Washing: We thoroughly clean all surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and chalking paint, ensuring optimal paint adhesion.
• Scraping & Sanding: We remove all loose, flaking paint and smooth rough edges to create a seamless substrate.
• Surface Repairs: We replace rotted wood, repair damaged siding, and secure any loose boards.
• Caulking & Sealing: We meticulously re-caulk all seams, gaps around windows and doors, and trim joints to prevent moisture intrusion—a key cause of damage in our climate.
• Priming: We apply high-quality, stain-blocking primers to all bare wood and repaired areas to seal the surface and prevent tannin bleed-through.

Phase 3: Precision Application with Premium Paints
We use techniques and products designed for maximum durability.

• Professional Application: We expertly use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to ensure complete, even coverage on every surface, from siding to intricate trim.
• Weather-Resistant Paints: We use top-tier exterior paints from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, specifically formulated with UV inhibitors and flexible resins to resist fading, cracking, and peeling.
• Multiple Coat System: We apply at least two finish coats for rich, uniform color and a robust protective barrier.

Phase 4: Final Quality Inspection & Clean-Up
We conduct a rigorous final walk-through with you to ensure every detail meets our high standards. We then perform a complete site clean-up, removing all debris, materials, and protection, leaving your property immaculate.
